Williamstown High School announced as the first 5 star Green Star School!
Williamstown High School Bayview Campus has been announced as the first school to achieve 5 star Green Star certification from the Green Building Council of Australia for an Education Facility. The school was one of six educational facilities in Australia to be used as a pilot project for the new GBCA Green Star Education Rating Tool. The project has not only been designed as an environmentally sustainable campus, but uses the built environment as a learning resource for the students, setting a new benchmark for green schools.
