Rush Wright Associates were commissioned by HaDo International to provide a landscape concept for the public realm of the Noong Tha New Urban Park located in the Chanthabuly District of Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

This concept design is based on a fusion of Vientiane tradition with contemporary landscape architecture design and global best practice in environmental design. The design intent has been to analyse the local context and way of life and to distil from this key ideas to include in the design. Landscape architecture renders above and below by Scenery.
